Prime Rib Dinner: Prime rib seasoned with our special rub and cooked on the Traeger grill accompanied by baked potato, fresh garden salad, roll, dessert, iced tea or lemonade.

Baby Back Rib Dinner: BBQ Baby Back Ribs seasoned with our own seasoning and slow grilled on the Traeger. Both dry and sauced ribs served with our own special BBQ sauce plus fresh garden salad, potatoes, roll, dessert and iced tea or lemonade.

Baby Back Ribs/Swordfish Dinner: BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Swordfish with our special rub and marinade grilled on the Traeger Grill. Both dry and sauced ribs served with our own special BBQ Sauce. Fresh green salad, rolls, potato, dessert and iced tea or lemonade. (Our usual Valentine's meal)

Bruschetta (Order ahead)

Italian bread topped with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, pastrami, tomato and provolone cheese cooked on the Traeger grill.

Baguette prepared with Brie cooked on the Traeger grill and accented with apricot and grape jellies.

Dragonfly (Purple foil)

Semi-sweet red wine: Frontenac grapes. Cherry aromas with hints of raspberry and blueberry. Pairs well with beef, chicken, pork cuts and milk chocolate.

Tradition (Blue foil)

Semi-sweet red wine: Marechal Foch grapes. Hints of blackberry with butter rum aromas. Pairs well with your favorite food, dessert and chocolate.

Frontenac Dry (Red foil)

Medium bodied, un-oaked dry red wine: Frontenac grapes. Tart cherry flavors and aromas with subtle hints of pepper. Deep garnet color. Pairs well with beef, spicy foods and dark chocolate.

Frontenac Dry Oaked (Burgundy foil)

Medium bodied oaked dry red wine: Frontenac grapes. Subtle cherry flavors and hints of pepper. Deep garnet color. Pairs well with steak, prime rib and dark chocolate or licorice.

Tradition Dry (Gold foil)

Medium bodied, unoaked dry red wine: Marechal Foch grapes. Berry flavors with aromas of fig, honey and strawberry. Light tannins. Pairs well with prime rib, steak and pasta dishes.

Tradition Dry Oaked (Black foil)

Medium bodied oaked dry red wine: Marechal Foch grapes. Smokey aromas with hints of coffee and dark chocolate. Light to medium tannins. Pairs well with steaks, prime rib, spicey foods.

Seyval (Black foil)

Semi-sweet white wine: Seyval grapes. Fruity aromas in combination with a well-balanced, smooth taste. Pairs well with pork, salty soups, salads and desserts.

Brianna (Cream foil)

Semi-sweet white wine: Brianna grapes. Hints of pineapple and citrus with a crisp finish. Walk through the vineyard at harvest for a real aroma treat. Pairs well with desserts as well as salads, fish and poultry.

Corazon del Oro (Pink foil)

Semi-sweet white wine: Blend of Brianna and La Crosse grapes. Subtle tropical fruit flavor with a finish that lingers on the back of the palate. Pairs well with fish and poultry or very nice to just sip and relax.

Frontenac Gris (Green foil)

Semi-sweet white wine: Amber color from contact with the skins of this gray ("gris") Frontenac gris grape. Hints of peach and apricot flavors. Pairs well with cheeses, fruit and breads.

Seyval Dry (Burgundy foil)

Dry unoaked white wine: Seyval grapes. Fruity aromas. Pairs well with seafood and chowders.

La Crosse Dry Oaked (Blue foil)

Dry oaked white wine: La Crosse grapes. Mild to medium toast oak with buttery flavors and hints of plum and fig. Pairs well with seafood and salads.
